A fantastic journey

Around 750 guests celebrated in an impressive tent landscape with modern architecture and a view of the parkland. A captivating multimedia performance combined LED imagery, dynamic dance performances and impressive light and sound effects to tell the story of Big Dutchman.

Highlights such as the tribute to Phil Collins' "Sussudio", performed by the legendary all-stars band, and the presentation by Johannes B. Kerner made the evening an unforgettable experience. A spectacular customer event that combined history and modernity in an elegant setting.

Röchling: 200 years of innovation and sustainability
An anniversary event with inspiring presentations and impressive motion design.

The Röchling Group celebrated its 200th anniversary with an impressive ceremony at the Völklingen Ironworks. Under the motto "200 Years of Röchling - Pioneering Ever Since", we developed an inspiring stage program with renowned speakers such as Matthias and Tristan Horx as well as Prof. Dr. Ulrich Walter, who shed light on future topics and sustainability.

The highlight was the captivating storytelling: three XXL projection screens with modern motion design told the 200-year history of the company in an impressive combination of tradition and innovation - perfectly staged in the historical ambience of the Völklingen Ironworks.

With a convincing concept and great commitment, POMMEREL helped to ensure that the evening captivated the guests with exciting and entertaining contributions and an impressive stage show. INTAX: Creativity meets sustainability - racing team
An award-winning campaign that inspired employees with upcycling projects, team challenges and an exciting race finale.

In creative workshops, the participants raised their awareness of the consequences of plastic waste and received input on conception and design. Using almost 100% recycled materials, they developed their own "hot boxes" in teams over a period of six weeks.

The concept combined creative upcycling with an experiential character that culminated in the grand finale: a competition on the racetrack in which the teams competed against each other in various categories. The result was a successful, motivating campaign that not only left a lasting impression, but also won the BrandEx Silver Award.

Together, we were able to rise to the challenge of communicating the topic of sustainability to our employees in the long term through three exciting and innovative live moments. Our team has grown even closer together, communication between departments has improved and, above all, awareness of the more sustainable use of our resources in our day-to-day work has become clearly noticeable in the aftermath of the campaign.

DGzRS: 150 years of sea rescuers - a worthy anniversary celebration

An anniversary that focused on the work of the sea rescuers.

To mark the 150th anniversary of the DGzRS, an extensive program paid tribute to the selfless work of the sea rescuers. In addition to the christening of a new rescue boat on Bremen's market square and a ceremony with Federal President Joachim Gauck, emotional highlights such as a choir of 300 primary school pupils from Bremen took center stage.

The event attracted nationwide attention in the press, radio, television and social media and made the rescuers' achievements visible in an impressive way.

With its experience-oriented communication concept, POMMEREL professionally staged the 150th anniversary of the sea rescuers around the visit of the Federal President.

Röchling Industrial: Inauguration & company party

An evening full of highlights

Röchling Industrial celebrated its annual company party in the newly built Hall 21 in Haren/Ems. Around 1,000 guests - including employees, managers and accompanying persons - took part in the symbolic inauguration under the motto "New Hall, New Horizons". The modern architecture of the hall provided the perfect setting for an impressive experience. An imposing XXXL chandelier above the central "Belo Horizonte" bar and illuminated megawalls created a unique ambience. The Twister Stage, a photo module with a bullet-time effect, created interactive memories with a high social media reach. A live band and DJ kept the guests partying until the early hours of the morning. Culinary highlights from Germany, America and Italy were served at stylish food stations. The event was all about community, progress and innovation - an inspiring look into the future!

The company party in our new hall was a great success! Under the motto: "New hall, new horizons - together we build tomorrow", POMMEREL, together with the Röchling team, once again created an unforgettable experience. The perfect planning and staging exceeded all expectations and strengthened our sense of community in the long term. A big thank you to the reliable partnership!

STAROFIT: Living room atmosphere at the TUBE
Trade fair appearance under the motto "Visiting friends".

Since 2010, we have been supporting STAR0FIT with the design of their trade fair appearance at TUBE, the world's largest trade fair for the tube industry in Düsseldorf. The stand concept "Visiting friends" combines trust, sympathy and competence with an inviting "living room atmosphere". With open lounge areas, a stay-longer business area and a long counter for spontaneous conversations, a perfect balance between communication and presentation is created. Impressive banners, portraits of employees and multimedia touchscreen content round off the presentation and underline STAR0FIT's values as a modern, international family business.

A utilization concept that turns the brand into a place of encounter.

The Rügenwalder Mühle, once known only as a company logo, was realized in "real" as a wood and clinker brick building and, thanks to our utilization concept, became a meeting place in the northwest. Under the leitmotif "MühlenWelten", it represents the company values: tradition, innovation, regional ties and quality. With live communication measures for business partners, employees and the public, the brand was brought to life and the mill became a popular meeting place for thousands of visitors.

An anniversary event that brought team spirit, sustainability and appreciation to life.

PERSO PLANKONTOR GmbH is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a special event at its headquarters in Lastrup. Around 50 employees from all seven branches experienced a special event under the motto "Naturally. Together. Active.", an event that focused on team spirit, appreciation and the value-based corporate culture.

One highlight was the joint construction of an XXL wooden sculpture of the company logo, which symbolically reflected the 25-year success story. Sustainability also played a central role: employees explored the surroundings in teams on e-scooters, e-bikes and Segways, accompanied by fun tasks along the route.

The evening was crowned by a dinner together at a stylish ten-meter-long table, followed by an exuberant party with a DJ.

POMMEREL understood exactly what PERSO PLANKONTOR wanted this anniversary event to be about: appreciating our employees, creating shared experiences and team spirit. I am sure that this anniversary event will be remembered for a very long time.

At the "RÅ-Experience" incentive, the employees of m:pro IT Consult GmbH celebrated their 25th anniversary with a 25-hour outdoor experience. Off-road adventures with jeeps and quads, team challenges and a relaxed conclusion with laughter yoga strengthened team cohesion and trust.

An event that focuses on innovation and safety and recognizes employees for their brilliant ideas.

Glencore Nordenham celebrated the premiere of the Glencore Nordenham Awards to recognize employees' outstanding ideas and safety-related improvements.

In the afternoon, an exhibition of ideas on LCD screens presented the employees' suggestions in a modern setting with a flying buffet and central bar. This was followed in the evening by the exclusive awards ceremony with dinner and the presentation of prizes in the SAFETY and INNOVATION categories. Dynamic visuals and musical highlights from the DJ created an energetic atmosphere.

In a very short space of time, POMMEREL has created a completely new award format that will set new standards throughout the company. True to our motto "Focus on people", the agency understood exactly this claim and implemented it perfectly with a unique staging in a historic location.

ArcelorMittal: Masterminds for Bremen - Ideas for the environment
A competition that promotes environmental protection and strengthens the employer brand in the long term.

For ArcelorMittal Bremen, we developed the "Masterminds for Bremen" competition, for which pioneering ideas in the field of environmental protection could be submitted. In order to emotionally charge the competition, we sent "real" pioneers through Bremen's city center. Two pantomime artists with rolling boxes of ideas branded in ArcelorMittal orange turned the sights of the Hanseatic city into their stage. Without words, but with a lot of humor, they interacted with the citizens of Bremen and in this way provided exciting photo motifs that could be published on the Vordenker Facebook page.
