Creditreform as a service provider for digital commerce and the logistics service provider L.I.T. hosted the first hybrid DIGITAL COMMERCE SUMMIT NORDWEST on 05 May 2022.
The one-day event format at the L.I.T. logistics centre in the middle of the GVZ Bremen was intended to offer wholesalers and medium-sized digital commerce managers a unique interactive platform for current questions and future topics relating to structural change in retail.
Create curiosity, interest, inspire
As part of the communication and participant acquisition, we designed and produced multimedia content for the press and social media channels. At the centre stood the development and editorial support of a LinkedIn focus page, through which we were able to generate several hundred followers in a short time. We also looked after the ticket shop. For the sponsoring, we developed packages with attractive services ranging from social media communication to service presentation in the Summit programme.
“The best of both worlds”
We took over the creation and conception as well as the programme design with keynotes, discussion rounds and best-practice examples as well as the planning and implementation of the hybrid event format. Under the motto “The best of both worlds”, we put together a programme with renowned speakers who focused on topics such as digitalisation, automation, artificial intelligence, coopetition, gamification, VR and AR as well as sustainability from the perspective of logistics and digital payment. With the Impact Stage, we also created a format in which young companies presented their innovative services in short presentations.

The temporary summit landscape
We transformed Hall LLC4 of the L.I.T. Logistics Centre with the outdoor area and the high-bay warehouse into an atmospheric temporary summit landscape. In addition to two areas for presentations, it also offered plenty of space for relaxed networking among sponsors and participants.
The DIGITAL COMMERCE SUMMIT NORDWEST was an all-round successful event.
