It went high up for TEMPTON. Every year, the German personnel service provider brings its employees together for a weekend in the summer. This time the event destination was in the middle of the Hessian Odenwald at the Lufthansa Hotel. Clearly, (almost) everything here revolved around the topic of flying. True to the motto:
Flying high with Tempton
Check-in. Reception. Greeting. Then the employees started their action-packed incentives. They could register in advance for one of two different social programmes. The teams were mixed together from the 90 locations nationwide, with the focus on strengthening the team communication of the TEMPTONs across locations.
Strengthening team spirit through incentives
Almost 400 employees solved various tasks in their teams to find the way to Frankenstein Castle during a GPS rally. At the same time, the other group faced a completely different challenge. In 16 teams, they tinkered and constructed airworthy objects. The individually designed aeroplanes were then taken into the air. During the grand finale, the teams competed against each other and put on an air show that included everything from crash landings to long-distance flights.
Things went even higher in the evening. After an entertaining official programme, there was delicious food and always new highlights, such as the VJ show, photos and a film from the day’s incentive, a light painting station with live broadcast and live music and a midnight birthday surprise for the shareholder of the TEMPTON Verwaltungs GmbH.
