m:pro IT Consult – Employee Incentive “RÅ-Experience”

25 years – 25 hours // RÅ-Experience was the name of an incentive for the employees of m:pro IT Consult GmbH on the occasion of their company anniversary. Intended as an employee motivation, we developed a concept that strengthened the team’s sense of community and could be implemented as an outdoor experience. The focus of the 25 years – 25 hours incentive was on promoting the team’s cognitive performance, without neglecting the fun, of course.

Bringing employees closer together

In the middle of Rhineland-Palatinate, the employees went off-road away from normal road traffic. During the day, the team experienced a varied off-road adventure in jeeps and quads. The employees mastered the off-road challenge through special skills, precise communication and real teamwork, thus strengthening their mutual trust. After a barbecue, a fire show and an award ceremony, the incentive came to a relaxed end with laughter yoga the next morning. In the end, it was clear to all employees: after our RÅ Experience, nothing can rattle us anymore!
