After a successful campaign in 2017, the INTAX Racing team went into a second round. Germany’s leading provider of full vehicle wrapping from Oldenburg set itself the clear goal of strengthening its employees in the areas of solution competence and communication. Experience-oriented and with “sustainable” added value.
Creating sustainable awareness
In two training sessions, we raised staff awareness of the consequences of wasting plastic and other residual materials. At the same time, there was creative input on the topics of conceptualisation and design. Then it was time for implementation: with an individual kit made of almost 100% used materials and a small budget for additional purchases, the teams designed and tinkered with their “hot box” for six weeks. With creativity in re- & upcycling, the optimal basis for a competition of the INTAX Racing team 2018 was created.
A campaign that makes an impact
At the grand finale, the teams competed against each other in four categories and dueled on the racecourse. The employees were thrilled – especially by the renewed commitment of their managing directors, who once again invested working hours and full dedication for three successful event formats this year.
With the employer branding campaign INTAX Racing team 2018, POMMEREL succeeded again in inspiring our employees in the second year. Together we were able to master the challenge of communicating the topic of sustainability to our employees through three exciting and innovative live moments. Our team has grown together even more, communication between the departments has improved and, above all, the awareness for a more sustainable use of our resources in everyday work has become clearly noticeable in the aftermath of the campaign.
