Arthena Foundation – 10 Years Kai 10
One anniversary. Two evenings. Three award winners. The non-profit art institution KAI 10 | ARTHENA FOUNDATION in the middle of Düsseldorf’s Medienhafen became the venue for this year’s ars viva* award ceremony for visual arts. The three young prize winners exhibited their works in front of a top-class audience from culture and business. For the preview on Friday evening and the official exhibition opening on the following Saturday evening, we developed a valuable concept with the aim of positioning KAI 10 as a sophisticated and reliable partner and supporter of the art scene.
Live experiences for the art scene
KAI 10 served all target groups present. Starting with the official award ceremony with prominent speakers at the institution on Friday evening, the events escalated to the opening evening on Saturday at the Rudas Studio, accompanied by a VJ and two international star DJs. The events generated lasting enthusiasm – and not only locally. High-profile art magazines and national newspapers such as Focus, Westdeutsche Zeitung, Kultur Post, RP online and monopol magazine provided positive headlines. Always in the spotlight: KAI 10 │ ARTHENA FOUNDATION.
Both evenings were terrific. Everyone was thrilled. POMMEREL charmingly and elegantly handled the logistics with three hundred VIPs from culture and business during the preview. The official exhibition opening on Saturday evening with almost 500 guests and the subsequent art party on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the institution were a complete success! *The exhibition is a collaboration between KAI 10 | ARTHENA FOUNDATION and the Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft im BDI e. V. The latter has been awarding the ars viva award for visual arts annually since 1953 to young artists living in Germany whose work is distinguished by high artistic quality and an awareness of contemporary issues.
