Röchling – 100 years Röchling Plastics

We staged the anniversary of the Röchling Group as a globally active plastics specialist with a multimedia stage show. We took the guests on a journey through the past, present and future of the company. Under the motto “One step beyond”, the 250 invited business partners from all over the world first went back to the roots of the company: to the World Cultural Heritage Site Völklinger Hütte in Saarland. There, where the Röchling family once set standards for the steel industry by developing patents that are still used today.

An event for the future

Our client used the event “100 years Röchling Plastics” to present the future strategic direction of the company. Through modern storytelling, we provided the appropriate framework for this. The live show, photos, film sequences, animations and graphics were conceptually linked in such a way that live moments and digital content merged into an exciting overall story. The decentralised stage concept with two satellite stages in the room also ensured that the guests became part of the action.

Our anniversary was a huge project with a customer and a staff event that took place only two days and over 450 kilometres apart. The POMMERELs conceptualised and managed it very professionally.
